You see, our director, Chris Thomas , is a market researcher with more than 15 years' experience – 5 years as a GM. He's seen lots of research firms place great stock in long, boring reports, written by suits who think big words are a big deal.
But no matter how he tried to like it, 'boring' was just never his cup of tea. So he decided to save his soul and do things how they should be done.
In 2013, he started his own market research gig delivering creative research in Sydney, Melbourne and Australia-wide. He called it Play and he made it fun. For himself, for his employees, for his research participants and – above all – for you.
Unless you specifically ask for a mind-numbing 200-page report written in PowerPoint 2003, there's a snow-flake's chance in hell you'll get it.

We created the following video to celebrate our 1st birthday.
